I got rejected. Then I learned what endorsing bodies actually want.
I applied for my own Innovator Founder Visa thinking a strong business was enough. It wasn't. My plan got rejected, by more than one endorsing body, before I worked out what they were really scoring against.
I rebuilt it against the actual endorsement criteria, learned how each body weights innovation, viability, and scalability differently, and got endorsed on the rebuild. Now I do the same thing for other founders, one engagement at a time.
