No, and I'm clear about that. I don't provide immigration legal advice. What I provide is business plan review and strategy from the perspective of someone who successfully went through the endorsement process. For legal advice, you should work with a qualified immigration solicitor — and I can point you in the right direction.

What types of businesses do you review?

I specialise in SaaS, AI, and technology businesses — that's my domain expertise. However, the endorsement criteria are consistent across sectors, so I can review most business plans effectively.

Can you guarantee endorsement?

No one can guarantee endorsement — be wary of anyone who claims they can. What I can do is significantly improve your chances by identifying the gaps that typically lead to rejection and helping you address them before you submit.
